1. Introduction
Welcome to Lolligagger Printing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Orders and Approval

All orders must be submitted through our approved channels (e.g., website, email, in-person).

A proof of the design will be provided for your review and approval prior to production. Your written approval is required to proceed.

Once approval is given, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice.

We accept payment via credit card, Cash App, or cash in person.

All invoices must be settled within the agreed payment term unless otherwise stated.
4. Turnaround Time

We pride ourselves on our slogan: “Where Quality Takes Its Time, But Always Delivers On Time!”

Turnaround times will be communicated during the ordering process and are subject to your approval of proofs.

Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete files, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the selected shipping method.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third parties.
6. Quality and Warranty

We strive for high-quality prints and use professional-grade materials. However, minor variations in color, texture, or material may occur and are not considered defects.

If you believe there is a defect in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for a resolution.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders canceled before production will be refunded, minus any applicable fees.

Orders already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.

Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a defect attributable to us.
8. Intellectual Property

By submitting your designs to us, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use them. You retain ownership of your designs.

We reserve the right to display finished products in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will apply to new orders, not retroactively.
